Default Update on my year with Accurate Armory Rifles

Thought I would update on the status of my two Accurate Armory AR's that I've been running since April. After my T&E of the LE Lite Carbine earlier this year, I was so impressed with Accurate Armory rifles that I began representing Accurate Armory at 3 Gun Matches and I spec'ed out a competition rifle that Keith built for me. I also spec'ed out an LE Lite gun to carry on duty with my agency.

Here's a picture of my two beauties here.... My comp rifle features a 18" rifle length gas JP Enterprises barrel and JP Enterprises 15" handguard. I topped it off with a Swarovski Z6i 1x6 scope in a Larue mount. JP barrels are second to none for the 3 Gun game and this barrel is super accurate. My duty gun is an LE Lite Carbine with a CHF 16" mid length gas light weight barrel and a DD 12" M4 handguard. I also added an ACOG TA01 NSN w/Larue mount, Dueck Defense BUIS, TD QD stubby VFG, Vickers sling, and a Surefire Scout Light.

My Accurate Armory duty rifle has approx. 1500 rounds through it to this point. I put about 400-500 through it when I first received it for break in, zeroing, and getting to know each other. It has also been through our annual training/qualification and was my teaching gun during our new officer certification course. I've also had numerous practice sessions with it throughout the year. This rifle is still good and tight, very accurate, and 100% reliable with zero malfunctions to date. I believe that this rifle is perfect for police duty use and I have no hesitation betting my life on it.

My Accurate Armory comp rifle, now this is my baby. This rifle is pushing about 2500 rounds so far this year. I use two loads in this rifle for competition a .55 grain fmj for 0-200ish yard stuff and a .69 grain SMK for anything past that. My first range session with this rifle resulted in a one hole group with .69 grain at 200 yards. This rifle is super accurate. I used this rifle this year at the Blue Ridge 3 Gun, Ky State 3 Gun, Industry Masters, AR-15.com Pro-Am 3 Gun, Ozark 3 Gun, and the FNH 3 Gun not to mention numerous local 3 Gun matches. This rifle has also been 100% reliable this year. The only issue I had was due to my own fault. I had initial adjusted the trigger too fine and had a few doubles. Once I corrected my mistake I've had zero problems with this rifle. This rifle is perfect for 3 Gun Matches and I assure you that if I don't hit my target it ain't the rifles fault!!

I can't say enough good about Accurate Armory AR's. These rifles are rock solid, rate at the top of Rob's list (like it or hate it, your choice), quality control is second to none, and they're also a great value. On top of all that, Keith is a great guy to work with and will do everything he can to build you the AR that you want. Give Accurate Armory rifles a try and you will not be disappointed.

Thanks for the review, Keith is definitely good people. I have been testing their rifles for a little over a year now. Hopefully, I'll see you out at some of the 3 gun matches now that I have my AR12 setup (I believe you are who sent the email about the pro am Rockcastle shoot in August to Keith, that he forwarded to me). Hopefully I'll have my 10k rd review up in a couple of months. Take it easy and I'll see ya around man.
